Konstantin Kisimov Music and Drama Theatre – Veliko Tarnovo is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with Article 58c of the Bulgarian Electronic Governance Act, Directive (EU) 2016/2102, and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

  • For some informational images and promotional posters for performances and concerts, alternative text (alt text) may be omitted where the image duplicates text content that is already available, such as the production name, title, or other immediately adjacent information.
  • Not all video materials (production trailers and promotional videos) contain subtitles or audio descriptions.
  • In certain sections of the interface, the contrast between text and coloured graphic elements/backgrounds may be insufficient for users with visual impairments.
  • Some downloadable materials (PDF documents containing programmes, announcements, and reports) are not fully optimized for assistive technologies such as screen readers.

2. Disproportionate Burden

3. Content Outside the Scope of Applicable Legislation

  • Archived documents and informational materials published before 23 September 2018.
  • External ticketing platforms and bank payment systems integrated into the website and maintained by third parties.
