Valeria Peycheva

Valeria Peycheva graduated from Prof. Nikola Marinov Secondary School in Targovishte, where she followed a specialised music curriculum. She continued her musical education at the Dobri Hristov National School of Arts in Varna, studying Classical Singing under Maria Koroveshova.

In 2000, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Classical Singing from the Prof. Pancho Vladigerov National Academy of Music in Sofia, studying under Georgi Deliganev and Professor Konstantsa Vachkova. In 2001, she obtained a professional qualification in Opera Singing under Professor Ivanka Ninova. In 2023, she completed a master’s degree in Music Education at St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo.

She has attended opera singing masterclasses in Bulgaria and Italy with Georgi Deligarev, Professor Evgenia Dundekova, Fiamma Lauri, and Francesca Matachea in Pesaro, Italy.

She was a member of the Konstantin Kisimov Music and Drama Theatre company in Veliko Tarnovo from 2000 to 2005 and from 2007 to 2009, returning to the theatre in 2016.
