Nikola Ivanov

Nikola Ivanov graduated from the National School of Arts “Prof. Veselin Stoyanov” in Ruse. He continued his education at the National Academy of Music “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” in Sofia, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Opera Singing in 2011. In 2014, he completed his Master’s degree with distinction in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

He has participated in numerous masterclasses with renowned figures from the international opera scene, including David Lutz, Vera Nemirova, Elena Filipova, Anna Tomowa-Sintow, Brigitte Fassbaender and Helmut Deutsch.

He is a prizewinner at several opera competitions, including the international competition Operalia. During his participation in the competition, he had the opportunity to meet and work with Plácido Domingo at the Royal Opera House in London.

Since 2023, he has been a member of the ensemble of the Musical Dramatic Theatre “Konstantin Kisimov” in Veliko Tarnovo.
